Appeal against disciplinary committee resolution
If you feel that disciplinary committee resolution is unfair and you had been wrongly accused of something that you did not commit, you are free to file an appeal against that decision. Such appeal must be delivered within 7 days from the day of resolution in a written form (printed or readable hand writing is also acceptable) to post office room in the main administration building, door number 23, during regular office hours.
Your appeal is to have your full name and your room number on it and a brief description (usually A4 format) of events that resulted in disciplinary action. Please list any names of witnesses that can confirm your innocence.
Please keep in mind that your appeal does not guarantee any change in the resolution issued or clearing of your records. Your appeal will be compared with written file of VM Mlyny security staff intervening. Providing false and misleading information by yourself or your witnesses may lead to additional and immediate disciplinary action, canceling your Accommodation contract and/or your eviction.
