CHANGE OF OPENING HOURS

During the christmas holidays, the opening hours of the bed linen warehouse, the accommodation department, the mailroom and the department of non-residential premises will be changed. Payment options will also be limited.

Accommodation department

 

  • From December 19, until December 22, 2022, it will not be possible to make payments in cash .
  • From Friday of December 23, until January 1, 2023, the accommodation department will be closed.
  • From January 2, 2023, the accommodation department will be open during normal office hours with the possibility of cash payment.

 

 

 

Bed linen warehouse

 

  • December 19, 2022 - Monday - opening hours - from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • December 21, 2022 – Wednesday – opening hours from 08.00 to 13.30
  • January 9, 2022 - Monday - opening hours - from 08.00 to 16.00
  • January 11, 2022– Wednesday – opening hours – from 08.00 to 13.30 It will be closed on other days until January 16, 2023, when opening hours will be as usual.

 

 

 

 

Mailroom

 

  • In the week from December 19, until December 23, 2022, the office will be open on December 19, 21, 22.
  • In the week from December 26 to 30 2022, the office will be open on December 27 and 28.
  • In the week from January 02 to  January 06, 2023, the office will be open on January 02, 04, and 05.
  • In the week from January 9 to January 11, 2023, the office will be open on  January 09, 11 and 12.
  • The registration office will be open during normal hours from 07:00 to 09:00.

 

 

 

 

 

Parking Mlyny

 

  • Thursday December 15, 2022, is the last day before the holidays when parking can be extended in cash.
  • From December 19, until December 23, you can activate the parking in 2022 by sending an email to roman.rybjansky@uniba.sk, stating that you will pay after January 16, 2023.
  • From December 24 until 8 January, 2023 you will not be able to activate parking.
  • From January  9, until  January 15, 2023 you can pay for parking again only by email to roman.rybjansky@uniba.sk with the fact that you will come to pay after January 16, 2023.
  • After January 16, 2023, you can extend your parking under the usual conditions during office hours at office number 7.

 

 

 

 

 

Venza  

 

  • From December 22, 2022 to January 1, 2023, the Venza canteen will be closed.
  • From January 02, until January 05, 2023 it will be open at usual times, 07.00-19.00
  • January 06, 2023 Venza will be closed and will open again from Monday  January 9, 2023 during the usual opening hours.

 

 

 

Eat&Meet

 

  • From December 22 2022 to January 05 2023, the Eat&Meet canteen will be closed.
  • On January 6, 2023, the Eat&Meet canteen will be open as on the weekend, i.e. from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • From January 07, 2023, the Eat&Meet canteen will be open during the usual opening hours.
