Check - IN

First possible day for check-in:

Winter semester: 4th of September 2023

Summer semester: 

Estimated time of your arrival is:

winter semester:  no later than in October

summer semester: no later than in March

Before mentioned days is not possible to check-in. If you do not arrive within above check-in periods, you will be counted for the booked period and your further reservation of accommodation will be cancelled.

On the day of your arrival you are obliged to register at the Accommodation office. In case of a late arrival (after open hours of Accommodation department) you are obliged to inform accommodation coordinator in advance.

 

Check -  OUT 

Here's what you should be doing before you leave:

a)       Anything that was issued to you at the start of your stay must be left clearly visible in it´s appropriate place when you leave (inventory items). Anything left in cupboards, or not clearly visible, will be checked out as missing and you will be charged

b)      Remove all posters carefully; don't damage walls or paintwork

c)       Rubbish from your room take to the outside bin

d)      Clean and tidy your room. Make sure you don't leave any possessions - we will throw them out

e)      Make sure you share the cleaning and tidying of any communal areas fairly between you. Don't just expect the last person to leave to do it!

f)        Empty and clean the fridge and freezer

If you do so, please come to the accommodation office to pick the document for checking out. Accommodation officer will call the resident assistant for closing procedures (check-out).

Check out service is provided only during the week from 8:00 a.m till 11:00 a.m. – after this time it is NOT possible to accomplish the closing procedures.

 

If you are leaving during the weekend or early morning (before 8:00 a.m)

a)       You can check out your room the day before weekend/ your departure and stay as a visitor of your roommate (without paying)

b)      You can ask your friend (roommate) to do the check-out process for you

Early check-out:  According to the terms of Accommodation contract, we will not refund the rest of the payment that you paid for winter/summer semester.  Deposit will be returned via bank transfer after smooth check-out process.
