A broken fridge, damaged furniture or a toilet that doesn't flush? You can report these issues easily and quickly even today thanks to the mobile app. Your request will be received by the colleagues from the maintenance department and depending on the severity it will be added to the waiting list.
How to do it?
1. Download the Fixatio app.
2. After installation, open the app and confirm access to the camera (it is required in order to be able to scan the QR code).
3. Click "ENTER NEW REQUEST" to report a request.
4. By scanning the QR code, which is located in a visible place (for example on a room door), you will determine where the repair is to be performed.
5. Continue with either adding photos or a description of the request (the new request window contains: description of the request, category, level of urgency, contact information of a person submitting the request and the possibility to notify about the progress of the solution).
6. After saving, the request is automatically displayed in the system of the dispatcher at the maintenance department.
