Lost and found

Do you want to help people who lost something which you have found?

All found items will be carefully protected and recorded in our storage facility. If you find something and want to hand it in, bring the item to the technical department dispatching office in the basement (floor 1PP) of block VBB.

The found item will be entered in the records and kept for one year from the date of entry. It will then be disposed of.

What to do if you have lost something?

You can ask in person at the technical department dispatching office or by e-mail sent to: Please include a detailed description of the item, and information on when and where you lost the item. This information is important for feedback if the lost item is found.

The website also includes an application in the right column for registering lost and found items university-wide. New lost and found items can be entered after logging in with your university user name and password, the same credentials you use to log in to AiS2.
