ŠTÚROVŇA

Štúrovňa is open to all students accommodated at CU Mlyny. 

Students will be able to visit Štúrovňa on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Štúrovňa is a multi-purpose space for student activities. Activities or events need to be booked in advance. On other days, Štúrovňa is reserved for university staff.

The space is located in High-Rise B (HRB), above the office of the porter. 

 

How to book Štúrovňa:

1. Scan the QR code on the calendar (located on the door to Štúrovňa) or click this link to access the calendar.
2. Check the availability of Štúrovňa. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are reserved for students.
3. Please do not edit the calendar, it is for information purposes only. 
4. Email us your booking request at least 24 hours in advance at: sturovna@uniba.sk (indicate your name and describe your event; give its date, start/end times and email address of the person responsible). 
5. We will reserve Štúrovňa for you in the calendar and send you a confirmation email.
6. On the day of the booking, the person responsible needs to come to the porter office of the HRB, present their ISIC card and request the key to Štúrovňa. The porter will verify that the event is booked in the calendar and issue the key to the person responsible.
7. At the end of the booked time, the person responsible person is to return the key to the porter. 

*please note that a half-hour is needed between events to check the room

 

Please make sure you return Štúrovňa to its original state after your event, keep it tidy, turn off the lights and do not consume alcohol inside.
