Reporting defects

Residents are requested to report defects by one of two methods:

1.E-mail to mlyny.udrzbauniba.sk,

E-mail reports must include the following information: 

• your name and surname,
• your building,
• block,
• room
• a brief and clear description of the defect.

Example: Frederik Vadný, ADD 111, broken side panel on bed, water not flowing in the washbasin.

 

2. Personal visit at the maintenance dispatching

You can find the Dispatching in the Átriové domky, on the ground floor of block T, office no. 8, from 07:00 to 15:00 (during the working week).

 

In an emergency, report the problem to the nearest reception desk. The reception officer will make sure that the information reaches the right destination or you can call SOS +421 918 110 055.
