Residents are requested to report defects by one of two methods: either by e-mail to email@example.com, or by personally visiting maintenance dispatching in the basement of block VBB between 07:00 and 15:00 during the working week.
E-mail reports must include the following information: your name and surname, your building, block, room and a brief and clear description of the defect.
Example: Frederik Vadný, ADD 111, broken side panel on bed, water not flowing in the washbasin.
In an emergency, report the problem to the nearest reception desk and the reception officer will make sure that the information reaches the right destination.
