KEY BORROWING

From 18 May 2026, we are introducing the option to borrow a key free of charge on working days between 7.00 AM and 3.00 PM.

The aim of this change is to make it easier to deal with situations where a resident cannot access their room, for example if they leave their key in the room or their roommate accidentally locks them out.

When is key borrowing free of charge?

You can borrow a key free of charge if:

• you borrow it on a working day between 7.00 AM and 3.00 PM,
• and return it on the same day by 3.00 PM.

You can borrow the key at the relevant reception desk, as before.

When is the service charged?

A fee of €12.30 applies if:

• you borrow the key on a working day but return it after 3.00 PM,
• you borrow the key outside working days, during the weekend or on a public holiday,
• you have left your key at home.

What if you have left your key at home?

In this case, borrowing a replacement key is charged at €12.30. The fee is a one-time fee and does not depend on the number of days for which you keep the key.

However, the key must be returned within 7 days at the latest. In case of late return, a penalty of €23 will be charged.

Important information

• When borrowing a key, you must prove your identity.
• The service will be provided according to current operational possibilities.
• If you lose the key, you will pay a fee according to the valid price list.
